Massive Rally held on 25 September 2016

NTUI held its Fourth General Council at Jamshedpur on 23-25 September. 260 delegates representing from the states of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh participated at the General Council.

At the General Council delegates reflected on the political challenges before the working class in the present context of growing right wing attack both within the country and globally. The Council also evaluated the achievements and failures of NTUI in the period since the Third General Assembly and debated and defined the agenda for the next one and a half years.
