On Monday 9 August, the NTUI and every progressive union was out there marking 79 years of the call to Quit India. In some places in small numbers and in some places in large numbers calling for a repeal of the Labour Codes, the Farm Laws, the UAPA and the Sedition Law in defence of our democratic rights and advancing our fight against a bigoted authoritarian regime. The time for change is long past. It’s for us to bring that change NOW!
